• Dr. Azadi graduated from Case School of Dental Medicine in 2004, then she was awared the opportunity to advance her  education in general practice residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Case School of Dental Medicine.
• Dr. Azadi is a Clinical Instructor of Restorative Dentistry in the AEGD Residency program at Case School of Dental.
• Dr. Azadi has received the following Awards:
  • "America´s Top Dentist" Status for the years, 2007, 2009 & 2010
  • 2005 Appreciation for Outstanding Service in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD)
  • Presidential Scholarship for undergrad studies
